At New Era Wall Panels, we want you to be completely satisfied with your architectural upgrades. If your panels aren't the perfect fit for your space, you can return unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the panels to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully repack the panels in their original protective packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transit back to our warehouse.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned panels, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
